Boston Wedding at Alden Castle (Pre-Pandemic and Epic)
I have been wanting to share this epic Boston wedding at Alden Castle for many months now. It is so poignant to me in the timeline of 2020 since it was the last wedding I photographed before the world locked down. Which seems like a million years ago and like yesterday at the same time. We were aware of the impending pandemic but we weren’t crippled by it. This city wedding looms in my mind as a mythic event that may or may not have happened.
Of course it did happen and unintentionally (or not) these guys hosted a Boston wedding that was literally a party to end all parties. Friends and family from all corners of the country joined together to celebrate these two in the most welcoming, gracious, and lively way. The flowers were made of paper, the tables were filled with legos, the dress was full of color. And finally, their parent dances turned into a flash mob style takeover. How could you not have fun? This Boston wedding at Alden Castle was an awesome night in any year. This year it was also epic.
